COSMIX Project Special Pages
This page contains an index of various COSMIX-related happenings that I managed to catch. Items like detours, girder installations, and the like can be found here. Sometimes the pics shown on these pages will show up on the respective exit pages, other times not. It depends on how busy I am.
April 21-23, 2006: The COSMIX Project detours Northbound I-25 onto the southbound lanes while a detour is constructed over Monument Creek. The NB traffic is now on the new C/D bridge and the old NB bridge will be going away.
April 29, 2006: While taking pictures of the destruction of the old NB bridge over Monument Creek, I caught up with crews installing bridge girders over Mark Dabling Road at the Rockrimmon Exit. Here's the pics!
November 10, 2006: While installing new girders at the North nevada exit, a crane breaks apart, sending the girder crashing to earth. Ouch.
