Jonesin' for a Roadtrip 2
I wake up and the first thing I think of is "I have to get out of the Springs for a while!" Sounds like a roadtrip to me. Grab the camera, fill up the car, and let's get going. On my last trip north, I noticed some great things to get pics of but ran out of daylight. That won't be a problem this time! The pics for this trip start up right where that last trip left off.
Many pages to choose from
Page 1 takes us from where we left off and lets us travel north from there.
Page 2 continues our trip north on US 85 into Greeley, Colorado.
The US 34/85 interchange is one big convoluted mess. I've enlisted the help of Google Maps to assist with our tour of the interchange.
Now that we're in Greeley, let's take a quick tour of the city.
Page 4Takes us west from Greeley.
Page 5 has us ziggang and zagging up the narrow part of Big Thompson Canyon
Page 6 finds us still wandering up towards Estes Park.
Page 7. Some visual treats in the way of Bighorn Sheep, a Devil's Gulch, and a haunted hotel.
Page 8 tours Estes Park and then heads southwest on SH 7.
Page 9 wraps up this trip in Boulder. After we've visited Nederland and a MUTCD reduced speed ahead sign, that is.
